In the “rules of use” section you can put the check out instruction in the “Accommodation-specific operating policy” box in English
2 Other things to note
On the day of guest check-out, the guest <> host directly conducts room inspection and settlement of utility bills/additional costs.
In principle, utility bills and additional costs are paid directly (on-site or QR payment) after communication with the guest.
Please notify Live Anywhere within 5 days of the guest check-out date whether utility bills/additional costs have been settled and whether there are any problems with the room you have checked out.
If 5 days have passed (including the check-out date) without separate notification from the host, Live Anywhere may immediately return the deposit to the guest.
