✷ Guests can message the host for more details about their reservation through the chat channel via the Console. Host can check all the direct messages from guest by Host website. Link: https://console.liveanywhere.me/chat/channels/host
1 Select ‘Guest message’ menu
Find the host message button on the homepage of the host website.
Sign-in with your email via this link to our Console:

You can check all DMs (direct messages) from LiveAnywhere guests here:

You can check messages from individual guests and you can translate the message to other languages.
2.1 Select the translation icon on the top right side of the chat
2.2 Select your prefer language to translate the guest message for better understanding.
2.3 Click the black button as "Apply to translate the selected language.
✷ Guest also can translate your message into their language, please feel free to use your language to communicate with the guest.
✷ Tip: Enable your message, email notification to get the alert for the guest message. Guests often use these messages to ask questions, clarify details, or request changes to their reservation.
✷ You will be able to contact the guest once the guest start the chat or direct message first. For the confirmed booking the chat will be automatically started by Liveanywhere then you can sent the check in instruction to the guest first.
3 Download Liveanywhere application
You can get the real time notification once the guest direct message inquiry about your room

Click for log in 2. Select log in with email then input your email and password
3. Click at the right menu 4. Scroll down you will see the menu “호스트 메시지”
- The number of unread message will show.
