How to update the bank account

Update your bank account information to receive payment for the rent fee. Additionally, you can add multiple bank accounts to receive payments separately for each listing.


1 Go to settlement information management


  • If you have already updated your bank account, it will appear here. If you haven't yet updated your information please do as follow:


  1. Click “Add account information”



2. Fill out your bank account information ⚠️ Please noted that if you registered host account with your country phone number the account country (first box) will be automatically selected your country and cannot be changed.

Please fill out these 2 parts carefully:

  • If your bank account is individual bank, please input the address that matches the owner's address on ID card.

  • If it is corporation bank account, please input the address as the property’s address.


3. To add additional bank accounts if you wish to separate them for different buildings or listings by clicking at “Add account information"



2 Update the bank account in your listings


  • Once you finished updating your bank account, please ensure it is also updated in your accommodation list. Otherwise, payment processing will not be able to proceed.



  1. Go to “Accommodation management”

  2. Select the listing that you need to update the bank account and click “Edit your listing” (you can see that if you have not updated the bank account yet, there will be a red notice shown up. )

  3. Scroll down to the menu “Accommodation settlement information”

  4. Select your bank account


  • #1. The bank account that you updated will show up here.

  • #2. or you can easily add another bank account here.
