How to get paid

✷ Payouts for all bookings will be paid into host bank account on guests check-in date. Payouts can be checked at hosts' bank account that is registered with LiveAnywhere. If the transaction is made on weekend, public holiday or Korean holiday the payment will be done by the next business day.

Get paid by LiveAnywhere on check-in date

• LiveAnywhere will do the pay-out for the rental fee on the check-in date

• The payment will include the rent fee, utility bills, cleaning fee, and extra guest fee, as set on the platform.

• Security deposit will be held by LiveAnywhere and transferred to guest after checking the room condition on check-out date by host (if there’s a security deposit mention on listing).

⚠️ Any additional charges requiring the guest to pay onsite must be agreed upon with the guest before or during their stay.
