How to get paid

✷ Payouts for all bookings will be deposited into host bank account on guests check-in date. Payouts can be checked at hosts' bank account that is registered with LiveAnywhere. If the transaction is made on a Sunday or a public holiday, the system will make the transaction the next business day.

1 Get paid by LiveAnywhere on check-in date

• LiveAnywhere will do the pay-out for the rental fee on the check-in date

• Security deposit will be held by LiveAnywhere and transferred to guest after checking the room condition on check-out date by host (if there’s a security deposit mention on listing).

2 Get paid by guest on check-out date

• Guests will provide payment for electricity, water bill, and cleaning fees on the check-out date (if utility fees are excluded in the rent).

• The cost of water, cleaning costs, customers from LiveAnywhere will pay the check-out date directly to the host.

• Tip: The host can send the QR code to Korean customers to scan for payment.
