Deposit policy

The (security) deposit will not be transferred to the host but will be held by LiveAnywhere. LiveAnywhere will return the full deposit amount to the guest unless there is any loss or damage to the accommodation after the guest's check-out.


1 Extra costs


Additional costs such as utility fees should be settled directly between the host and the guest in cash or through QR payment on the day of check-out.


2 Inform LiveAnywhere in 5 days


  • Host should inform LiveAnywhere within 5 days from the guest's check-out date regarding the settlement of utility fees or additional costs and confirm if there are no issues with the room after the guest's check-out.

  • If there is no separate notification from the host in 5 days (including the check-out day), LiveAnywhere can promptly return the deposit to the guest.
