Decline bookings

You can decline the booking request if the room is not available to book.


1 Decline the booking request


Decline the booking before it expires. At the bottom of the page select “Reservation Declined


2 Select the reason of decline


Once your decline the booking request, you need to let the guest know your reasons. Select the reason of decline booking the basic reasons are provided:




  • Sorry, Reservations for this date are already closed : means the room is not available to book due to there is already booked from another channel. If you select this reason you can suggest another available room in the text box or block the unavailable date right away.

  • Sorry, Facilities are under renovation

  • Sorry, It is difficult to make a reservation for the same-day check-in.

  • Etc

  • Lastly, select “Decline



3 Update information


Tip: Once you decline the booking with the reason of some information has not been updated, we suggest you to update that information as son as possible. To prevent guest make a new request again right away after decline, to prevent decline booking with the same reason again.


  • Update information such as price, calendar, others information.

  • Please make sure that if the guest request the booking again, you will be able to accept the booking without any mistakes.
