Cancellation policy

Case 1: If the guest cancels the booking 30 days before check-in

  • The guest will receive a 90% refund, and the host will receive 10%.


Case 2: If the guest cancels the booking 16-29 days before check-in
  • If the guest booked 6-13 nights, the guest will receive an 80% refund, and the host will receive 20%.

  • If the guest booked 14-28 nights, the guest will receive a 75% refund, and the host will receive 25%.

  • If the guest booked 29 nights or more, the guest will receive a 70% refund, and the host will receive 30%.


Case 3: If the guest cancels the booking 1-14 days before check-in

  • If the guest booked 6-13 nights, the guest will receive a 70% refund, and the host will receive 30%.

  • If the guest booked 14-28 nights, the guest will receive a 60% refund, and the host will receive 40%.

  • If the guest booked 29 nights or more, the guest will receive a 50% refund, and the host will receive 50%.


Case 4: Special cases

  • If the guest cancels the booking within 24 hours after booking or cancels the booking more than 30 days before check-in, the guest will receive a full refund.

  • If the guest cancels the booking on the day of check-in, the guest will not receive a refund, and the host will receive 100% of the rent fee.


Case 5: If host cancels the booking

  • If the host cancels the booking after the guest has made the payment, the host will be charged a penalty at the same rate as the guest, starting from 10%. There are no exceptions for fee-free cancellations.

  • If the host does not pay the penalty, the amount will be deducted from the fees or earnings of the next booking.
