✷ You can set the price of your room in the console in 3 categories as follows: 1. Base rate 2. Period discount 3. Peak season rates. To set the price please go to 'Rent Settings.'
1 Select the currency
Before you set the price, please make sure you have selected the currency as Thai baht(THB).
2 How to set the base rate
The base rate is the default price of your room which should be set as “per night”:
If your room is available for daily booking, you can put your daily price in box #1
If you have a specific price for weekly, biweekly, monthly stays, you have to calculate it into the daily price first.
Daily price: Set your room daily price for per one night stay
Weekly price: Set your room weekly price by putting the price that has been calculated per night (ex: weekly price THB 6,000 should be calculated as THB 6,000 / 6 nights = THB 1,000 per night should be put in the box #2)
Biweekly price: Set your room biweekly price by putting the price that has been calculated per night (ex: biweekly price THB 10,000 should be calculated as THB 10,000 / 14 nights = THB 715 per night should be put in the box #3)
Monthly price: Set your room monthly price by putting the price that has been calculated per night (ex: monthly price THB 17,000 should be calculated as THB 17,000 / 29 nights = THB 586 per night should be put in the box #4)
What is “Recommended rates apply”?
When you click the recommended rates apply, the price will be automatically calculated for weekly, biweekly and monthly price base on the the rate per night (in box # 1) with discounts of 25%, 35%, and 45% in order.
Notes:
In case your room is available for monthly booking only, please calculate the price per night from monthly price and put the same amount in every box.
The total price for weekly, biweekly, monthly including the % of the discount will be automatically calculated and shown as a preview as blue text.

Go to Peak season rates and select “+ Add section”
Then click “ Please select a period”
Then select the date from the calendar (you can select up to 62 days)

To add another peak season option, click “+ Add section” (you can add up to 3 sections)
Tip: You can also set this section as your low season price
If your room is usually more expensive for a longer period than the low season price, you can start by setting the higher price as the default or base rate. Then you can add the low season price in this section, like in the example below (The price of both of peak season and low season are set in this section)
